If the June Rae 15-Minute Gray Coverage Shampoo does not work for you, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund of the purchase price. The bottle can be opened, used or empty.

How to ask for a refund

Send one email to support@pelvorant.com with your order number. There is nothing to send back. We confirm within 2 business days.

When the money arrives

The refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm it. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full.
